“I very much appreciate your repairing my micro-surgical instruments. They are like new and work magnificently well. The other day I was able to use them in a delicate operation to remove a small acoustic neuroma. The tumor was totally removed and the hearing nerve and its function were preserved as well as the function of the facial nerve adjacent to this nerve.

The patient is delighted with the result and will be leaving the hospital shortly. This could not have been accomplished without having the instrument in such fine condition.”
